Turnaround Times
SouthernFilings.com normally processes
documents same day. However, state
turnaround times vary widely and are subject
to change without notice. Please see the
chart below for an estimate of your state’s
processing time. Some states offer expedited
service for additional fees. You will be
given the opportunity to add these extra
service fees during the ordering process. In all states, please allow
an additional two weeks to receive your
complete package of documents.

3Alabama
offers expedited service for the required name
reservation step of the incorporation. The extra fee
is $100 and will shorten the turnaround time by 5-7
days, making the turnaround time for an AL
corporation about 5 days.
4 Louisiana offers an expedited fee of
$30.00 for 24 hour service. Due to signature and
notary requirements, this would only reduce the
normal 2 week turnaround time to approximately 1
week.
5 North Carolina offers an expedited fee
of $100 for 24 hour service and $200 for same day
service if received before noon.
6South Carolina requires an attorney to
sign the Articles of Incorporation. A $100 fee is
added to the state fee to compensate the attorney.
